Strava lets you download a bulk archive containing all your GPS routes, FIT/TCX sensor files, and historical data:

  1. Log in and visit strava.com/account (Settings → My Account).
  2. Scroll down to "Download Your Account" and click "Get Started" under Step 2 (Download Request).
  3. Click "Request Your Archive". Strava will bundle your files and email you a download link (usually within a few minutes).
  4. Once downloaded, drag and drop the whole export_*.zip directly into the dropzone above! (Or unzip it and drop activities.csv).
🔒 Zero Server Upload: All files are parsed 100% locally in your browser session using Web Workers and JSZip.
